On October 9, He Lifeng, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, headed a central delegation on a visit to the Caohu project area within the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.

During the visit, the team closely examined the site of a significant higher education initiative. They reviewed the project’s overall planning, phase objectives, and construction progress in detail.
