From October 16 to 17, 2024, an international delegation of Chinese-language media representatives embarked on a journey to the renowned Lushan Mountain in Jiangxi, China. This diverse group, comprising over 20 journalists from 18 countries across five continents, explored significant sites including the Lushan Meeting Site, the Lushan Anti-Japanese War Museum, Jinxiu Valley, Meilu Villa, and the Hanpokou viewpoint.

“We wanted to immerse ourselves in the rich cultural heritage and stunning natural beauty that embody the spirit of Lushan,” explained one delegate during the visit. On October 16, the team took a tour of the Lushan Anti-Japanese War Museum, where they learned about the historical context of the region.

“Visiting the museum was an eye-opening experience,” noted another journalist. “It’s important to understand the profound stories that these places tell.”

The following day, the delegation ventured into Jinxiu Valley, which stretches approximately 1.5 kilometers. “This valley is the most representative gorge of Lushan,” shared a member of the group while capturing the breathtaking scenery.

On the evening of October 16, they visited the iconic Lushan Love Cinema, further juxtaposing cultural experiences with leisure.

As the tour continued on October 17, the group visited Meilu Villa, appreciating its architectural beauty and historical significance.

Later, the journalists gathered for a group photo at the famous Hanpokou landmark, encapsulating a powerful moment of camaraderie and shared experience amidst the breathtaking backdrop.

“This trip has provided us with invaluable insights into both the natural wonders and the rich cultural narrative of Lushan,” concluded one of the team members.
